From Farm Field to producers

On the domestic front, this involves partnering with producers and farmers who prioritise the production of top-grade meat. On Beef typically, this entails selecting young animals, such as heifers, steers, and white veal, from breeds like Angus, Hereford, short-horn, Charolais, and crossbreeds. On Pork breeds like Ibérico and Duroc. These careful choices result in steaks that boast exceptional tenderness, rich flavours, and well-distributed intramuscular fat.
Our commitment to quality is even more stringent when it comes to our imported meat selections, given the strict regulations surrounding imports. This by default elevates the grade of our imported meats. Examples on beef include Wagyu, USDA Grainfed, the 481 grain-fed for 200 days, 481 grain-fed for 100 days, and meats adhering to the Hilton Quotas.
